This statement is made by Broadwick Street Holdings Limited ("Broadwick Soho"), pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It constitutes Broadwick Soho's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.

Broadwick Soho is an independent luxury hotel with a bar, restaurant, lounge and event space in central London. We are fully committed to ensuring that we conduct our business with integrity and hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards in all our operations. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and support the U.K. Government's objectives to eradicate modern slavery and human trafficking. We do not use slave labour anywhere in our own business, nor do we tolerate forced or compulsory labour or human trafficking. Furthermore, we are committed to making sure no such behaviour takes place in connection with the company.

This commitment extends to Broadwick Soho's supply chain. We expect our suppliers to obey laws that require them to treat workers fairly and to provide a safe and healthy work environment. Broadwick Soho will only work with suppliers that comply with all laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the countries in which the suppliers are doing business and will not knowingly use any supplier that uses forced prison labour.

Broadwick Soho requires our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and to adopt compliant working practices, which include not utilising any form of compulsory labour or human trafficking. Furthermore, we expect our suppliers to pass on these requirements to their own suppliers in turn, and to monitor their own supply chains in order to root out modern slavery of any kind.

We actively encourage anyone who may have information regarding modern slavery or human trafficking taking place at Broadwick Soho, or anywhere in our supply chain, to report such activity to the Directors.

Broadwick Soho has carried out an assessment and review of our supply chain, and is committed to taking the following steps to combat slavery and human trafficking:

  • provide training to key personnel with procurement responsibility on how to identify human trafficking and forced labour issues;
  • continue to review and amend our practices as appropriate to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not present in our supply chain;
  • continue to review our existing supply chain, along with potential new suppliers, and our policies and procedures to address prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking.

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of Broadwick Street Holdings Limited on 04 August 2023.
